We were joined by two professionals working at the edge of ai in production:

• Elkida Bazaj, GenAI lead at Xponent, who explored explore how intelligent automation is evolving through Agentic AI — beyond simple chatbot interfaces.
• Joana Jaku, data scientist, who shared her experience with training large-scale models and handling real-world data at scale.

Both speakers brought a hands-on, no-theory approach to what it means to work with AI today.
